Accelerated Reader is a program that the library strongly supports. Our school uses the program as an incentive for students to practice reading through choosing their own reading materials. The library does two book fairs a year to support the cost of the licenses for students to take tests online, purchase prizes as incentives and hosts the quarterly parties at which students are honored and at which they receive their rewards for meeting their reading goals.
